Our home is perfect for you and your honey, family vacation or get a few couples together and escape for some R&R. You will have use of the entire house which has 2 bedrooms and a upstairs loft with a King Master and a Queen in our converted sun room and the loft has two full beds and a futon, enough room for up to 8 yet cozy enough for just the two of you if you so choose.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, slow cooker, microwave, blender, wine glasses, utensils and most important a coffee maker and our coffee bar is stocked with coffee, basic creamers, and various syrups and sweeteners. There is nothing like that first cup of coffee in the morning out on the deck overlooking the lake.

If you rather grill then cook in the kitchen we have a nice propane BBQ grill on the deck with all the tools you might need to cook yourself a nice steak. 

 We allow up to 2 dogs and additional pet fee applies (cats are not allowed), Leash Laws applies at Innsbrook.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 8 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 8 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
